These terms govern your use of U by zanii ("U", the "service"). By using U you agree to them. If you use U on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
The service
U joins meetings you invite it to, transcribes them, generates notes and action items, and files them into the destinations you connect. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your responsibilities
- Consent to record. You must have the right to record and transcribe each meeting, and must obtain participant consent where the law requires it. You are solely responsible for compliance with recording and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
- Lawful use. Do not use U to capture content you have no right to, to harass or surveil people unlawfully, or to break any applicable law.
- Your account. Keep your access credentials secure and do not share access you are not entitled to grant.
Your content
You keep ownership of your meetings, transcripts, and notes. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and deliver them to you and to the destinations you connect, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and accuracy
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Billing
Where the service is paid, usage (such as recording minutes) is metered and billed per your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
You may stop using U at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, U is provided "as is", and zanii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on generated notes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
